Lisa's Beauty Wishlist
Hello everyone! My name is Lisa Priestman. I'm 21 and this is my first ever blog. Here is my beauty wish list. I hope you enjoy reading!
Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay In Place Makeup
I've wanted to try this foundation for a while now, the price on John Lewis £29.50. Looking at the shades I'd probably buy '1c0 Shell' which is the lightest shade, and would suit my very fair, pale skin tone. I've read some amazing reviews on this product. Some saying it's the 'perfect wedding day foundation for brides' as it's supposed to last very long throughout the day. I look forward to trying this product out, and will write about it when I do.
Soap and Glory Smoothie Star Lightly Whipped Body Buttercream
I haven't used any of Soap and Glory's products, and I've been told I'm seriously missing out. I love vanilla smelling products, and I've been told this is perfect! It comes in a 300ml pot and can be bought in Boots for £10.50 but Boots are nearly always doing the '3 for 2' deals on their beauty products. This will probably be the first Soap and Glory product I will try, and once again I will write about it when I do.
Garnier Skin Micellar Cleansing Water
I use Garnier hair products, and have found them to be pretty good. Once again, I've been told that this product is very good for dry skin and doesn't feel heavy on the skin, which is nice because some products can be awful on the skin. I personally suffer with very dry skin, which can be acne prone and has dehydrated patches. This product can be bought at Boots for £4.19 for the 400ml bottle (which on the bottle says it has 200 uses, which is amazing value for your money) and £1.99 for the 125ml bottle. I personally will be trying the 400ml bottle. And this probably will be the first product I try off this wish list.
Calvin Klein Reveal for Women 100ml
I've wanted to buy this perfume for a while, I was going to purchase it in America (I visited America back in February for my 21st birthday with my partner.) I had a horrible cringe moment in the Duty Free in Orlando International Airport on the way home from our trip... I dropped a bottle of this on the floor. It smashed and went everywhere. I was so embarrassed and worried they were going to charge me, it would have been $60 and I didn't have much money left (Ahhh!!!) luckily they accepted my apology and I helped them clean up, I must say though, the room smelt lovely, and even one of the girls said "At least it was one of the nice smelling ones" (I won't be doing that again!!)
So, you can buy this lovely product in different sizes and you can buy them in gift sets. I'd like to purchase the 100ml bottle which is £69.50. You really don't need a lot of this, and I'm sure it will last a long time. The 30ml bottle (also from Boots) is £37.50. The 50ml bottle is £51.50 (once again from Boots) and you can buy a 10ml rollerball perfume in Boots for £17.00. I cannot wait to finally get my hands on this, I just hope I don't have a repeat of the Duty Free incident!
Have any of you tried these products? Are there any products you would recommend me trying?
Thank you for reading
