Lisa And Mark's Planned Disney World Vacation 2015-2016 (Not sure when yet...)

If you follow me on Twitter you may have seen my post about me and Mark planning a trip to Disney World in Orlando. And I wanted to share some details with you. Mainly ideas about when we'd like to go and our last trip to Disney in 2014. I also visited Walt Disney World in 2010 when I was sixteen.
We would either like to go in Winter 2015 or Spring/Summer 2016. We haven't quite decided yet. It's going to be a Disney holiday. The hotel we'd like to stay in is The Grand Floridan Resort and Spa which is a beautiful Victorian hotel which is also very modern. It's one stop on the Monorail to Magic Kingdom. The Resort has a pool with a waterslide, three fine dining restaurants, one character dining restaurant, one casual dining restaurant, two lounges and three quick service restaurants. The Resort also offers 24 hour room service. All the restaurants can be viewed here.
There is a spa in the Grand Floridan Resort. The spa is called Senses. The services offered include lots of different massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and spa packages. They also offer treatments for children. The prices for adults range from $55 to $495. And for the children $30 to $45.
Magic Kingdom is probably the best known park of all the Walt Disney World parks. There are 41 attractions. In the Disney Castle there is the restaurant Cinderella's Royal Table. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can dine with the princesses, they actually come up to your table which is a lovely touch. Here is the breakfast menu offered, the lunch and of course dinner. A picture below is Cinderella's Royal Table.
Epcot is another well known park. There are 34 attractions. There are lives shows including the fireworks every night. You can meet Snow White, Princess Aurora, (Sleeping Beauty) Mulan, Mary Poppins, and also Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy! There are plenty more and can be seen here, there are just so many to name! There are plenty of places to eat in Epcot including the famous Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. There is also character dining and a buffet offered. They also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here is the breakfast menu, the lunch and the dinner. Below is a picture of Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.
Disney's Hollywood Studios is one of the parks I haven't spent that much time in. I spent most of my time in Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Hollywood Studios is full of action and fun for all ages. There are ten attractions including the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. There is lots of entertainment, including Beauty and The Beast - Live on Stage and Indiana Jones - Epic Stunt Spectacular. There are lots of shops, as there are in all the parks. There are also 26 restaurants in Hollywood Studios ranging from character and casual, to fine dining. The photo below is Mickey's Sorcerer Hat, and I can assure you, you certainly won't miss it!
Disney's Animal Kingdom is the other park I've not spent much time in. It is home to more than 1,700 animals across 250 species. There are 28 attractions in Animal Kingdom, including Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, a thrilling roller coaster ride. There are lots of shows in Animal Kingdom, one example is Finding Nemo - The Musical which I'd really like to see, and The Festival of The Lion King, which I'd also really like to see. There are lots of dining options in Animal Kingdom, as there are in all the Disney parks. There are twenty restaurants to choose from which are all casual and character dining. Below is a picture of the entrance into Animal Kingdom.
I am not sure if we're going to be visiting the water parks (which are Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.) but I would like to! I visited Typhoon Lagoon in 2012 and it was amazing. It was a lovely hot day (around 34c) and it wasn't too busy. At Typhoon Lagoon they have waterslides, a children's pool, a lazy river and a huge wave pool. There are six dining options which include ice-cream stalls, pulled pork and burgers. Blizzard Beach also has water slides, run-off rapids and even a toboggan racer slide. The dining options are pretty much the same as Typhoon Lagoon, they have eight different restaurants. I haven't been to Blizzard Beach and that makes it all the more exciting to hopefully visit. Below are pictures of Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

There is also Downtown Disney which I visited once before in 2014. It is free to enter and features world-class restaurants including The Boathouse which is a fine dining restaurant, which offers steak and seafood. They offer lunch and dinner. Here is an example of their dinner menu. Live music plays around Downtown Disney, you can't help but dance and sing along. It's a very happy vibe. It's more shopping and dining.. And worth a visit! Below is a picture of Downtown Disney.
All of the Disney Parks have ATM's, designated smoking areas, The Disney PhotoPass Service, (Staff members take photos of you all around the parks, with their own professional cameras) FastPass Kiosks for FastPass users, Guest relations, Lost and Found, Nikon Perfect Picture spots, buggy (stroller) and wheelchair hire and baby care centres. There are of course, lots of bathrooms and baby change areas spread out throughout the parks.
There is free transport to all four parks, you can choose the bus, monorail or ferry.
The ferry is amazing. We went on the boat in 2014 and loved it. Here is a picture of the ferry.
Finally, here are some photos of me and Mark in Disney World, Orlando in March 2014! Enjoy!
These are all professional photographs we had taken by the staff working at Disney World.
Here are a few photos I took myself!
This is a Disney Portrait I had draw by a lovely lady who worked at Disney called Erin. She was lovely.

And of course, the is Cinderella's Castle.
I look forward to sharing my Disney adventures with you in the future!
